The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on data analyst to support a leading fintech client on a short-term basis. You’ll take ownership of key data projects—building pipelines, creating dashboards, and delivering insights that help the business make smarter decisions. What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain core data assets and pipelines 🛠️
• Develop dashboards with clear, actionable insights 📈
• Perform analysis and forecasting to support business strategy
• Optimize data infrastructure and recommend new tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data with business goals
• Ensure data security and compliance standards are met 🔐

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years in data analysis or BI, ideally with fintech experience
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience with ETL, warehousing, and data modeling
• Knowledge of statistical and predictive techniques
• Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical teams
• Relevant degree (bonus points for a Master’s)
