Middle Project Manager

We are looking for a talented Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our MagicFuse Team.

📍 Lviv or Kyiv location

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Proven leadership experience — managing and coordinating project teams
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level

• Certifications in Scrum, Kanban etc.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
• Manage all stages of Salesforce projects, from discovery and planning through to execution and delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide leadership to the project team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Lead Agile or Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage the project backlog and prioritize tasks in collaboration with the product owner or client
• Ensure all Salesforce solutions meet the agreed-upon quality standards and functional requirements
