AI & Front-End Developer Intern in Biotech Innovation

Glacies Biome, a Luxembourg-based biotech company, is seeking two motivated interns to work across both AI and front-end development. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology in a fast-growing startup at the intersection of biotech and AI. While knowledge of biotech or biomedicine is a plus, the primary focus will be on AI development and front-end interfaces. UX design knowledge is also a valuable bonus as we aim to create seamless user experiences.

Role Description

As a Volunteer AI & Front-End Developer Intern at Glacies Biome, a Luxembourg-based biotech company, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our AI-driven biotech solutions. You will work alongside our AI and front-end development teams to create and refine machine learning models, build responsive web interfaces, and contribute to innovative projects at the intersection of biotechnology and AI. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about AI, front-end development, and potentially UX design, with the flexibility to work remotely and the drive to contribute to groundbreaking projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

AI Development:

• Assist in developing and refining AI models, focusing on machine learning algorithms and data analysis.
• Collaborate with the AI team on innovative projects related to biotech and skincare solutions.
• Support research and development to improve existing AI models and explore new possibilities.

Front-End Development:

• Help design and build user-friendly, responsive web interfaces.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to optimize user experiences and improve web performance.
• Assist in coding, testing, and enhancing front-end components for scalability.

Qualifications

• A strong interest or background in AI and front-end development
• Knowledge of UX design is a plus
• Knowledge of biotech or biomedicine is a plus
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively
• Strong time management skills and ability to complete tasks on time
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection
• Access to a laptop or desktop computer
