The UI/UX Designer is responsible for the visual design and user experience of our digital products. This role involves translating user needs and business objectives into design solutions that are intuitive, accessible, and engaging.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
User Experience Design:
- Conduct user research and testing to understand the needs and behaviors of our users.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide product design.
- Design and iterate on UI layouts and prototypes to ensure a great user experience.
Visual Design:
- Create visually compelling interface designs that align with brand standards and enhance user interaction.
- Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and more.
- Ensure visual coherence and aesthetic appeal across all device platforms.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design vision is executed accurately.
- Communicate design rationale and respond to feedback to achieve the best user-centered design solutions.
Design Systems and Guidelines:
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and design systems to ensure design consistency.
- Utilize and contribute to the company’s design language system.
Testing and Validation:
- Coordinate and conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Analyze user feedback and activity to enhance the user experience.
2. Required Qualifications and Skills:
Design Expertise:
- Proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and user-centered design methodologies.
iGaming Experience:
- Experience in UI/UX design for iGaming platforms, online casino websites.
Technical Tools:
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
Communication:
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and articulate design decisions.
Problem-Solving:
- Creative and analytical approach to solving user experience problems.
