Senior Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Implement end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring, ensuring talent acquisition for both permanent and fixed-term employees.
• Manage B2B & Leased workforce solutions, including collaboration with external staffing agencies, contract negotiation, and compliance with leasing employee regulations.
• Effectively communicate hiring strategies and workforce planning needs with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and contractual obligations related to employment and workforce leasing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, external partners, and internal teams to enhance recruitment efficiency and employer branding.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment in Engineering field.
• Knowledge and practices of B2B & Leased workforce, understand multiple models of Contingent Workforce under Polish law.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders, enjoy building connections with different people.
• Outgoing, positive, resilient，capable of driving multiple HR projects simultaneously.
• Strong interest in cross-cultural communication and working in an international environment.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in other functions of HR.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
