Project Manager

Job Opportunity: Change Manager.

Location: Solna, Sweden.

Employment Type: Contract.

One of our clients leader in the commercial industry, They are seeking an experienced Change Manager with a Commercial Focus to join the team. In this role, you will lead the change journey within the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) workstream, aligning commercial goals with the SAP implementation and ensuring the successful delivery of change management activities. You will report directly to the L2C Workstream Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute change management activities within the L2C workstream
• Communicate the rationale and impact of changes clearly across internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a customer advocate to identify and prioritize real needs and opportunities
• Inform and engage customers regarding upcoming changes, highlighting the shared benefits of the program.
• Translate SAP system decisions into practical impacts and measurable business value.
• Align internal stakeholder interests and ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with business leadership, subject matter experts, and the Change Team to drive implementation success.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a change/project leader with a strong background in commercial sales and supply chain projects
• Proven experience in system implementation, particularly within SAP and ERP transformations
• Familiarity with Prosci/ADKAR model
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and deliver results
• Effective stakeholder management with the ability to influence decisions and drive collaboration
• Fluency in English and Swedish, both verbal and written
