As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks. You will work closely with developers and other team members to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of the solutions.

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated tests using Python
• Create and manage test cases and test scenarios
• Work with major test automation platforms (e.g., Robot Framework, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Cypress)
• Use common testing tools and libraries (e.g., PyTest, JUnit, NUnit, Postman)
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Identify, analyze, and document test failures and issues
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve test coverage and quality

Must-have requirements:

• 3+ years of test automation experience
• Strong experience with Python
• Experience with at least one major test automation platform (e.g., Robot Framework, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Cypress)
• Experience with common testing tools and libraries (e.g., PyTest, JUnit, NUnit, Postman)
• Located in Finland

Good-to-have requirements:

• Experience with CI/CD integrations and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Experience with test development
• Experience with test case and scenario design
• Experience with any major cloud platform (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with other coding languages (e.g., C++, C#, Java)
• Experience in diverse environments (e.g., modern web apps, Windows desktop, embedded software)
• Finnish language skills are considered a plus
