Baltic Product Manager for E-invoices

Join a highly skilled team responsible for the daily banking product development and lifecycle in the bank;
Work in a product area with many opportunities to learn and grow;
Collaborate with main stakeholders to continuously define e-invoice product vision and roadmap;
Lead projects and initiatives and be accountable for the development and product life cycle management;
Initiate, coordinate and implement product and process improvements;
Ensure product area compliance to EU and Baltic countries regulations;
Ensure internal product compliance processes with executing and delivering needed activities;
Be the natural building block between internal customers and IT development organizations;
Contribute to the product backlog, securing alignment with business goals. customer needs and regulatory requirements.

What is needed in this role:

Solid understanding and working experience of the e-invoice service or payment collection services or digital channels;
Experience from a role in a product or project organization and cross-border work;
Mid-level technical understanding of e-invoice specifications and schemes what can turn to business requirements and needs. Payment initiation service (PIS) experience is an additional asset;
Analytical skills and a proficient problem solving and business value driven mindset;
A customer centric eagerness to understand pain-points for customers;
Follow-up and analyze e-invoice service financials;
A great team player and a strong will to learn and share your knowledge;
Capability to deliver in a changing and fast-moving environment;
Has working experience with Harmonize/SAFE methodology;
A great team player and a strong will to learn and share your knowledge;
Strong execution capability - strong initiative, drive and persistence, goal oriented, "can do" attitude;
Fluent in English in speaking and writing and in one of Baltic local languages (Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian) based on location Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius;
University degree, preferably in Economics or Business Administration or Business IT etc.
