About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join one of our collaborative and agile development teams in Helsinki, Riga or Stockholm. You will be involved in every stage of the software development lifecycle—from specification and implementation to testing and release. This is a hands-on role with real impact, offering the opportunity to work on meaningful projects and deliver top-tier solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Specify technical solutions based on given requirements.
• Write high-quality code, including unit tests.
• Document and demonstrate your work.
• Participate in acceptance testing.
• Perform technical tasks required for software releases.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in a software development role.
• Experience with Java and SQL databases (for back-end developers).
• Experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript (for front-end developers).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, but Not Required)

• Knowledge of or interest in financial markets.
• Finnish or Swedish language skills.
• Experience with highly scalable software that processes large amounts of data.
• Background in SaaS application development.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks.
• Experience with GraphQL APIs and other API technologies.
• Knowledge of Spring framework and Hibernate (for back-end developers).
