Role Overview

We are in search of an experienced developer within the AI and Machine Learning space; with a strong background in the field of Applied Mathematics, and a passion for Crypto! The ideal candidate will have the hands-on experience and knowledge needed to build and fine-tune LLM, contributing to the next generation of our AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and fine-tune machine learning models, particularly LLMs and predictive models.
• Build robust training datasets for LLMs & Predictive models and implement strategies for efficient data augmentation and preprocessing.
• Utilize HuggingFace, GCP VertexAI, Llama3, and Gemini in model development and deployment.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to streamline data pipelines for machine learning applications.
• Continuously monitor the performance of models in production, ensuring optimal performance and minimal drift.
• Communicate technical details and project progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest research and trends in machine learning and incorporate relevant findings into ongoing projects.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Engineering/Technology or Applied Mathematics.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Python programming related to machine learning and data analysis.
• Proven experience with key machine learning libraries and platforms such as HuggingFace, GCP VertexAI, Llama3, Gemini, CrewAI, Lang Chain, Docker, PHP, Laravel and Python.
• Solid understanding of building and fine-tuning LLMs
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience with vector databases.
• Experience in constructing appropriate training datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to innovate on existing machine learning techniques.

• Experience with Docker and PHP and engineering background; strong with Data and AI
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and comprehensible manner.
• High attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality code and models.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, as well as autonomously on individual projects. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and orchestration tools will be necessary.
• An understanding of model interpretability and techniques.
