Junior Machine Learning Engineer

As a Junior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll help create and train ML / Deep Learning models that accurately forecast demand, detect patterns, and generate actionable business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and training machine learning / deep learning models for demand forecasting
• Process and prepare data for model training
• Help implement our reality-based AI model training approach
• Evaluate model performance and assist with optimization
• Collaborate with data engineers and full stack developers for model deployment
• Support the development of new prediction features

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and techniques
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn)
• Understanding of statistical analysis and data processing
• Knowledge of time series forecasting techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical team members

Nice to Have:

• Experience with deep learning models
• Familiarity with MLOps practices
• Understanding of business operations in retail or logistics
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies
• Experience with cloud ML services (Microsoft Fabric, AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud Platform)
