Digital Designer

The Position

The main focus of this role is to design ads and landing pages to lift the brand design of our clients. You’ll execute storyboards from creative strategists while bringing in art direction and best practices from across the web and social. The goal of the role is to design high-quality digital assets in a fast-paced environment to improve client ROAS goals.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a portfolio featuring multiple examples of social ads, web design, and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the latest digital trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

• A dynamic portfolio showcasing strengths in typography, design, visual storytelling, campaign concept creation, and art direction across all mediums
• Strong understanding of Figma and Adobe CS
• Exceptional art direction and typography skills
• Work collaboratively on teams to develop creative solutions
• Incredibly detail-oriented
• Open and receptive to creative direction and design feedback
• Someone who works backward on a problem before moving forward towards a solution
• Understanding of leading social platforms and the responsive web
• Experience working with eCommerce and DTC brands
  
  

Responsibilities

• Work with creative briefs to design social ads for performance advertising
• Manage the art direction for multiple clients by building out digital assets, templates, and inspiration boards
• Work on multiple clients' ad creatives each week to build out extensive libraries for each funnel stage
• Lead the design of responsive landing pages
• Driven by details. You’re meticulous, thorough and enjoy being precise
