Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking an experienced, strategic CTO to lead the technology function for a fast-growing crypto quant trading firm based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will drive the vision for our trading infrastructure and technology systems, helping the firm scale its operations and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and execute the technical strategy for the trading infrastructure, including execution, data, and backtesting systems
• Lead and scale a high-performing team of engineers and quants to deliver complex technology solutions
• Collaborate closely with traders and researchers to drive business and tech alignment
• Oversee system architecture, cloud infrastructure, platform reliability, and security
• Make key decisions on technology and innovation to ensure long-term growth and scalability

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership experience in building and scaling trading technology platforms
• Proficient in Python and/or C++with a strategic focus on team and tech direction
• In-depth experience with trading systems (crypto or traditional) and understanding of market data, execution, and latency optimization
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Bonus: Familiarity with DeFi, on-chain analytics, or crypto-native infrastructure
