Responsibilities

Play a key role in all aspects of software development, ensuring the reliability, security, performance, and scalability of cloud-based services.
Collaborate with product managers, product owners, architects, and development teams to transform high-level requirements into incremental product enhancements.
Contribute to software design and architecture, applying cloud design patterns and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Drive process improvements that enhance team efficiency and responsiveness to customer needs.
Document and present ideas, solutions, and technical strategies clearly and effectively.
Engage with top-tier engineers, mentor and be mentored, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Continuously explore, experiment with, and adopt cutting-edge cloud technologies.
Write and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code used by millions.
Make critical technical decisions, shaping the direction of key infrastructure and DevOps strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Extensive hands-on experience with AWS in large-scale, production environments.
Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies, best practices, and cloud architectures.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service reliability and performance.
Deep knowledge of cloud networking concepts and best security practices.
Experience managing Kubernetes (K8s) or ECS environments.
Hands-on experience with configuration management and cloud automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Spinnaker, or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Proficiency in Docker for building and managing containerized applications.
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (New Relic, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana).
Experience with secrets management tools like HashiCorp Vault.
Database management expertise with MySQL, Aurora, and DynamoDB.
Knowledge of SDLC processes, Agile methodologies, and software development tools.
Strong programming skills, preferably in Java.
Experience in API development (REST, GraphQL, gRPC).
