Kore.Ai Developer

Looking forward to connect with some Kore Ai certified folks, who aspire to do some exciting work. We are looking at some one with strong experience with Chatbots, hands on expertise with bot development, NLP, API integrations, and a strong understanding of conversational AI principles. This is an Individual contributor role, requires some one who can, Design and develop AI-powered chatbots using the Kore.ai Experience Optimization (XO) Platform.

Qualifications Required:

• Kore.ai Experience Optimization XO Certification.
• Experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, Dialogflow, Rasa).
• Knowledge of voice-based AI, IVR systems, and multilingual chatbot development.

Role:

• Develop AI-powered chatbots with NLP, conversational flows, and intelligent automation.
• Integrate bots with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Train and optimize bots using intent recognition, entity extraction, and ML models.
• Customize bot behavior using JavaScript, Node.js, Python, and Kore.ai BotKit SDK.
• Ensure security, authentication, and access control within bots.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, product, and business teams to align bot functionality.
• Monitor analytics and implement data-driven improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Kore.ai chatbot development.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML, NLP, and Conversational AI.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Python.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, CRM/ERP integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
