Project Manager (B2C)

As a Project Manager you play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of our client projects. You are the customer’s main contact and sparring partner and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining clear communication with both clients and internal teams. Working closely with our talented teams you manage multiple projects efficiently and help deliver high-quality results thereby supporting our clients achieve their business goals. This position is based in Vaasa.

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:

• A couple of years of experience from project management, digital marketing and tech projects
• Good understanding of business and knowledge about campaigns, marketing and sales processes in the B2C segment, B2B and ecom experience is a plus
• Strategic thinking, a creative mindset and the ability to inspire both customers and team members
• A proactive, solution- and sales-oriented mindset
• Strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent work proficiency in Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus

Your future tasks:

• Lead and manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Start from the client’s business goals and plans and work with the team to create solutions 
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration 
• Continuously improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and quality
