About The Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee website development projects, ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners, and enhance overall project execution. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for overseeing a team of developers and agency partners.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Manage and coordinate work between the development team and agency partners.
• Ensure the team follows processes and instructions effectively.
• Use Asana and Kanban methodologies to streamline workflows.
• Identify and address project bottlenecks while implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Make small website updates in CMS when required.
• Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and deliverables meet expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project execution.
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital or web development agency.
• Proven experience in managing teams and ensuring adherence to processes.
• Familiarity with WordPress and Shopify for small website updates.
• Experience working with Asana, Kanban, and other project management tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
