We’ve been retained by a highly regarded investment firm to identify a senior technology and operations leader to take on a newly elevated, global-facing position based in London.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a role that spans both strategic and hands-on responsibilities — overseeing infrastructure, platforms (OMS/PMS/EMS), operational workflows, vendor partnerships, and regulatory technology across a lean but globally distributed organisation.

The successful candidate will bring a blend of:

• Experience leading hybrid IT/Ops functions within a regulated financial environment
• A track record of delivering automation, cloud strategy, and AI/ML integration at scale
• A strong understanding of global compliance, governance, and risk frameworks
• The ability to align technology with business growth without significantly increasing headcount
