Product Designer

  • Working Days: 5 Days Work Week

  • Salary: $ 2450 - $ 3600

Job Responsibilities

  • Creative Design Development & Execution: Responsible for creating original artwork, ensuring designs are taken from initial concept to production-ready files that meet manufacturing and supplier (printer) requirements. Designer must produce high-resolution artwork that aligns with supplier specifications.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Maintain effective correspondence with internal teams, suppliers and external business contacts to ensure artwork meets technical and production standards.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Engage with end users to understand their needs and deliver high-quality design solutions that align with their vision.
  • Sales Team Partnership: Work directly with the sales team to develop tailored solutions by conducting meetings and presentations with designers, architects and end users.
  • Project Ownership & Time Management: Independently manage the design process from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines and key deliverables are met while balancing multiple projects.
  • Trend Research & Application: Conduct market research on emerging color and design trends in fashion, furnishings, surfaces and technology, applying insights to enhance design development.

Job Requirements

  • Training provided.
  • Diploma / Degree in design or experienced in the related field.
  • Must have familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop and Procreate).
