Agile BA

Job Summary:

We're looking for an Agile Business Analyst to work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions. You'll play a key role in defining user stories, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring continuous delivery of value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.
• Analyze and document business processes and customer journeys.
• Support UAT and validate that delivered features meet requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings.
