Data Analyst

Company Overview:

Sontai is a SaaS platform that provides fully managed prebuilt dashboard reporting templates to small and medium-sized businesses so that they can make more informed decisions using data without the technical know-how required. Our mission is to bring the data analytics that larger companies use to smaller companies that don't have the expertise in-house.

Job Summary:

The Data Analyst role is crucial for customer success, ensuring that client reports are updated correctly and making improvements to the data models and front-end reports for maximum efficiency. The Data Analyst will also provide suggestions for enhancements and optimisations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain current client reports and address their data needs.
• Develop new data source connections and create dashboard templates.
• Collaborate with other members of the team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and reporting enhancements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics).
• Proficiency in Python, particularly with the Pandas library.
• Strong experience in Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Django is a plus.
• Experience with SQL or other database management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Work Environment:

This position is hybrid; candidates must be able to commute to our office in Maynooth.

Compensation:

€30,000 per annum.
