Data Analytics & Operations Intern – Customer Experience, Business Development (Summer 2025)

Job Description

  • Support projects covering Customer Experience, Seller Operations and Risk. Excellent opportunity to gain first hand insights into e-commerce operations
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Assist in product feature requests and development
  • Automate data collection and aggregation processes to build dashboards for management reporting
  • Collaborate with other functional teams to drive business insights and improvements

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Passionate about technology and business. E-commerce experience or interest preferred, but not a prerequisite
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of data
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiar with at least one programming/scripting language, preferably Python and SQL
  • Experience in data analysis and data collection preferred
  • Full time interns preferred (3-6 months). Part time interns available at least 4 days a week are welcome to apply
