At Shopware, we work together every day to create forward-looking and exceptional e-commerce solutions. With our software, retailers create digital shopping experiences and scale their business to a new level - with maximum flexibility. As a “UI/UX Designer” (m/f/d) in the Operations department, you will be responsible for the UI and UX design of our Shopware Extension Store, the Shopware Account and the Shopware Business Platform. These specially programmed applications support all internal business processes behind Shopware as an e-commerce solution.

These are your tasks:

• You are responsible for developing design concepts for our in-house software (Extension Store, Shopware Account and the Shopware Business Platform), which supports all processes behind Shopware as e-commerce software.
• You ensure the best possible UX experience and design implementation, taking into account all defined requirements and target groups.
• You define and maintain the design system and guidelines to ensure the consistency and scalability of our platforms.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, both within Operations and across departments.
• You ensure design concepts are implemented correctly through reviews and close communication with developers.
  
  

What you bring to the table:

• You already have four years of professional experience in UI/UX design and are happy to show us this within a portfolio or reference projects.
• You have sound knowledge of Figma or Sketch.
• You already have experience in setting up and working with design systems.
• You are characterized by strategic thinking and strong communication and presentation skills as well as a high degree of personal responsibility, reliability and quality awareness.
• You are fluent in both German and English and are keen to work in an internal company with an “English First” approach.
