Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Back-end Node.js Developer Intern to join our engineering team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a real-world project, learn from experienced engineers, and contribute to the development of our mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our back-end service using Node.js, TypeScript, and Nest.js.
• Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases to store and retrieve large volumes of data.
• Collaborate with the front-end team to ensure seamless integration.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes.
• Implement end to end test through with our mobile application

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Node.js and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience with Nest.js or other Node.js frameworks.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and handling large datasets.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Docker.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Interest in DevOps practices.
