Role Overview:

We are searching for a highly experienced Senior Relationship Manager to significantly expand our client's market presence in the Middle East. The successful candidate will leverage their robust network to identify and establish strategic partnerships, drive institutional sales, and effectively oversee complex client onboarding projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively develop and expand business relationships with banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and institutional investors in the Middle East.
• Secure and manage strategic B2B partnerships and omnibus account structures.
• Lead and execute sales initiatives and effectively handle complex RFP processes from initiation through successful acquisition.
• Oversee custody solutions and institutional collaboration projects from inception to go-live.
• Independently develop and manage a comprehensive client portfolio, aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Mathematics (CFA or CAIA certification beneficial).
• At least 8-10 years of relevant experience within fully regulated banking environments.
• Extensive experience handling RFPs, onboarding institutional clients, and structuring complex financial collaborations.
• Proven negotiation skills with a strategic approach to business development.
• In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Middle Eastern crypto regulations.
