Project Manager

Role

Plan, organise and execute global deployment projects in the cluster(s) according to the project methodology. The nature of projects can vary from deploying global products and upgrading IT infrastructure to digital parts in an expansion project and other digital related projects.

Manage dependencies, interfaces between projects and line organisation and stakeholders; these being teams in Centres Digital, Group Digital, Country Digital, Meeting Places and external suppliers. Manage time, cost, scope and quality (including sequence of activities, scheduling, resource planning, budget control, change control plan, quality assurance etc.). Identify, mitigate, monitor and control risks.

Manage communication and perform project reporting. Ensure demands are brought to the respective product teams and the Roadmap Leader. Manage procurement and vendor relations within project with support from internal procurement organisation and follow up on performance and deliveries from vendor. Manage change by supporting stakeholders in preparing receiving organisations, learning and communication activities

Essential Requirements

• Project management experience in leading complex IT projects with both infrastructure and product portfolio components, preferably from Real Estate development or Retail industries.
• Experience with stakeholder management (internal and external) and navigating processes and governance at large companies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with globally distributed teams.
