In order to reinforce our Human Resources team, we are looking for a talented: HR Training Coordinator (tempory contract)


Reporting directly to our HR Training Manager based in Switzerland, you are responsible to boosting training activities and ensure their deployment.


Accountabilities


In this role, you will responsible for preparing the yearly training calendar based on agreed priorities. This entails organizing, tutoring, and coordinating training sessions, as well as managing internal training programs (e.g. trainings for new joiners). Additionally, you will oversee all language courses and tests, manage training evaluations, and conduct follow-ups.


You will also play a key role in monitoring the budget by handling and tracking all invoices related to training activities. This includes researching new local and foreign suppliers and managing administrative and logistical aspects.


Furthermore, you will be tasked with managing yearly and ad hoc statistics for both the company and the LVMH Group. Maintaining daily communication with Rome’s headquarters and other LVMH Maisons regarding organizational and administrative matters will also be a crucial aspect of your role.



Profile


You have at least 3 years of experience in a Training role within a multinational and well-organized environment, preferably in the Luxury industry. Demonstrating a genuine passion for Learning & Development, you are positive, energetic and people-oriented.


You possess keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work. You effectively prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities with ease. Proactive and creative, with great sense of ownership, you always meet deadlines.


As a native French speaker and fluent in English, you are perfectly comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), as well as various digital and interactive tools. You can communicate effectively with different stakeholders, being empathetic and a great team player. Solution-oriented and autonomous, you work in an organized and structured manner.
