As an HR Generalist for the EMEA region, you'll be the go-to person for our Amsterdam-based employees, providing expert HR support and cultivating a thriving workplace. You'll also ensure the office runs smoothly, creating an efficient and positive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Employee Champion: Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries, guiding them through HR processes with clarity and empathy.
• Culture Builder: Partner with our Employee Experience Manager to drive employee engagement and foster a positive, inclusive culture.
• Manager Advisor: Empower managers with HR best practices and guidance to support their teams.
• Onboarding Excellence: Create seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared.
• HR Project Contributor: Participate in HR initiatives and projects, including policy updates and compliance reporting.
• Local Compliance Expert: Provide expert advice on Dutch labour laws and regulations, ensuring we operate within legal frameworks.
• Employee Relations Advocate: Assist in resolving employee issues fairly and effectively.
• Office Operations Manager: Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Requirements:

• MUST: 2-3 years of HR generalist experience.
• MUST: In-depth knowledge of Dutch labour laws and regulations.
• MUST: Ability to work 2-3 days per week in our Amsterdam office.
• MUST: Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
