About The Role
In this role as a Product Manager, you will help define and drive manage the product backlog and define and document product requirements for the design and engineering teams.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, prioritising features.
You are a dynamic and flexible Product Manager with an understanding of Agile methodologies and a passion for delivering exceptional products. About The Role
In this role as a Product Manager, you will help define and drive manage the product backlog and define and document product requirements for the design and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage and Prioritise Product Backlog: Continuously prioritise the product backlog based on business objectives and stakeholder input.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to drive product outcomes and resolve blockers.
- Define and Document Product Requirements: Partner with business stakeholders to turn ideas into well-defined product stories and requirements.
- Engage and Align with Stakeholders: Keep stakeholders informed and aligned on project progress, priorities, and product vision.
- Oversee Product Lifecycle: Guide the product from development to launch, ensuring a smooth process and successful delivery.
- Agile and Scrum Expertise: Proven experience working in a product role in an Agile/Scrum environment, and demonstrated ability to create and manage product backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in collaborating with stakeholders, including business, engineering, and UX/UI teams. Proven ability to gather and prioritise business requirements from multiple stakeholders. Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and balancing conflicting priorities.
- Technical Understanding: A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience in collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure product feasibility and execution.
- End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Demonstrated experience in managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing iterations.
- Experience in Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA. Proven track record of delivering collaborative outcomes in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Strong communication skills to clearly articulate product goals and strategies. Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to deliver on the product vision.
- Experience with Product Management Tools: Hands-on experience with product management tools like JIRA and Confluence for managing backlogs, roadmaps, and sprints.
