As we continue to grow, we are looking to strengthen our team with a Go Software Developer based in Geneva.

Your mission:

• Analysing problems in collaboration with all stakeholders, proposing design solutions, integrating feedback and ensuring the delivery of functionalities, tests and deployment stages.
• Ensure the resilience and stability of the platform.
• Participate in customer support, responding to requests and dealing with incidents.
• Working asynchronously with a mostly teleworking team.
• Provide realistic estimates for software development and communicate effectively on progress and changes to plans.
• Review the code and designs of other team members in order to reduce complexity and promote continuous improvement.
• Write and maintain technical documentation (specifications, detailed design, test cases, traceability, architecture documentation).
• Promote good back-end development practices within the company and with customers.

Your profile:

• Education: Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 3 years' experience in Go development.
• First experience in Air Traffic Management (ATM) required
• Databases : Good knowledge of relational databases, with knowledge of advanced databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis a plus.
• CI/CD: Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes or another container orchestration technology.
• Language: Fluent English (B2 minimum), French a plus.
