Senior Backend Engineer Contractor (Golang, Payments)

Day Rate: £550 - £650

Contract Length: 3 months (with potential to extend)

Outside IR35

Start Date: Immediate. 2 week notice periods only

Location: Fully Remote in the UK only

We’re looking for 2 x Golang Engineer Contractors to join a Payments startup immediately, as they scale out their B2B payments products

Tech Stack: Go, gRPC, event-driven architecture, AWS, Terraform, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL

Skills & Experience needed:

-5+ years experience building scalable backend services using Go (concurrency, mutexes), gRPC, event-driven architecture, Kafka, AWS, Terraform

-Experience at a startup building a B2B or B2C Payments products: building MVPs, features end to end, delivering at pace

-Excellent English communication skills

1 stage live coding interview process
