Position Overview

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join the Zurich team. In this role, you will develop and maintain key software solutions, contributing to the scalability and functionality of our client’s SaaS platform. The role offers a hybrid working model for a balance of collaboration and flexibility.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of SaaS applications.
Build and manage microservices and APIs to integrate with cloud infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers) to deliver user-focused solutions.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews.
Monitor and optimize performance to meet business and customer requirements.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Expertise in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and DevOps tools.
Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL).
Fluent in English; German OR French is a plus.
