The Position
We are looking for a Supply Chain Excellence & Data Analytics Specialist to join our Roche DIA team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data visualizations and analytics using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Qlik
- Prepare data for analysis using tools like Google Sheets, SQL, or Python, and work within cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Create regular performance reports and propose actionable recommendations for business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to identify process improvement opportunities and data-driven solutions
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to streamline data workflows and enhance cross-functional collaboration
- Support analytics projects, ensuring compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards
- Embrace agile methodologies and collaborate closely with global teams to deliver impactful results
- Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction
- Implement lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or related data-focused roles
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Qlik
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools for data preparation and analysis
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is a plus
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach to addressing business needs
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and agile working style
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
- Project management expertise
