The Position

We are looking for a Supply Chain Excellence & Data Analytics Specialist to join our Roche DIA team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data visualizations and analytics using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Qlik
• Prepare data for analysis using tools like Google Sheets, SQL, or Python, and work within cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
• Create regular performance reports and propose actionable recommendations for business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to identify process improvement opportunities and data-driven solutions
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to streamline data workflows and enhance cross-functional collaboration
• Support analytics projects, ensuring compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards
• Embrace agile methodologies and collaborate closely with global teams to deliver impactful results
• Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction
• Implement lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or related data-focused roles
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Qlik
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools for data preparation and analysis
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is a plus
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach to addressing business needs
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and agile working style
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
