Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and engaging Human Resources Specialist.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Ensure development and management of personnel documentation.

• Provide consultation to employees on personnel management issues.

• Organize and coordinate the employment processes of foreign nationals in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

• Cooperate with state institutions, including the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs (PMLP), ensuring the entry and residence of foreign employees in Latvia.

• Ensure the employee onboarding process.

• Participate in the development and improvement of human resources policies and procedures.

Your Profile:

• Higher education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience as an Human Resources Specialist, preferably in a medium or large-scale company.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse individuals and find solutions in complex situations.

• Fluent Latvian language skills, with good spoken English and Russian for work-related tasks.

• Experience working with HR management systems and MS Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
