UI UX Developer

Role Name: UI/UX Developer with Angular JS

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead aspects of designing new digital user experiences and enhancing existing ones, using a deep understanding of the user experience journey.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, site maps, journey maps, and clickable prototypes to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
• Execute on design strategies independently, as guided by senior team members.
• Review project outcomes for junior team members, ensuring the voice of the client is considered in all stages of delivery.
• Conduct user-centered research to drive product innovation and insight.
• Present findings and collaborate with clients, ensuring designs align with project goals.
• Coordinate meetings and workshops to align with project phases and client objectives.
• Identify potential business opportunities within ongoing projects.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• Strong knowledge of UX design, including wireframes, information architecture, and usability.
• Proven experience with design tools like Figma, Miro, and Adobe Suite.
• Expertise in experience design principles and processes.
• Solid understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2) and inclusive design practices.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to larger design efforts.

Essential Skills:

• At least 6-8 years of experience in digital design and user experience.
• Practical knowledge of Hybrid App Development, AngularJS, User Experience (UX), and HTML5 Web Apps.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, with a portfolio demonstrating your expertise.
• Ability to manage and execute design efforts for small to medium-sized projects.

Desirable Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, Interaction Design, or related field.
• Experience with pattern libraries and design systems.
• Familiarity with UX metrics and analytics tools.
• Experience working with Agile development processes.
• Background in financial or related industries is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong curiosity and creativity.
