Founded in 2014, Param became Turkey's first licensed electronic money institution by obtaining a license from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK). Together with its group companies, Param offers comprehensive financial technology solutions, including electronic money, prepaid cards, physical, virtual, and mobile POS systems, e-wallets, issuing, acquiring, processing, BNPL, online collections, and open banking, serving both individual and corporate customers.

Experiences:
- Bachelorโs Degree in Industrial Engineering, MIS, Informatic, Mathematics, Statistics or other relevant departments of universities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process development, business analysis, and project management
- MS-Project, Jira, or other basic project management/service delivery tools knowledge.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
Skills
- Excellent leadership and people management and organization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Good time management and prioritization skills,
- Strong reporting and presentation skills
- Strong responsibility and ownership attitude, customer/service oriented mindset is a must.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- No military duty for male candidates.
Responsibilities;
- To actively contribute to the management and implementation of strategic projects, combining skills in business analysis, project management, and process management, to achieve the company's objectives
- To facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, manage relationships with project stakeholders, and monitor project objectives,
- Execute activities related to project planning, monitoring, and control within the scope of project management,
- Define and manage project goals, scope, timelines, and budget,
- Organize project team, assign resources, and monitor project processes,
- Analyze business processes, identify requirements, and provide solutions for improvement opportunities,
- Planning communication and managing relationships with stakeholders.
- Monitoring performance metrics of the project. Preparing and publishing status reports, management reports.
