Job Description

• Advise customers (e.g. scrum team and management) on agile methods in the project process and impart knowledge on the subject of agility
• Accompany transformation projects from traditional to agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
• Implementation of agile processes into the daily business routine
• Be part of an agile team as Scrum Master
• Ensuring artifacts (product backlog, sprint backlog, burndown charts) are up to date
• Design training material and hold trainings on Scrum, Kanban, Product Ownership or Lean Change
• Communicate agile fundamentals to all stakeholders
• Training of management on the practical application of agility
  
  

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in agile environment, 3 years of which as Scrum Master
• Certification as Scrum Master
• Background in software development
• Open and agile mindset
• Sound knowledge of classical project management, business organization, process management and change management.
• Experience with workshop and training facilitation
• Ability to motivate and win teams
• Hands-on mentality
• Enjoyment of operational work
• Business fluent in German and English
