This is a part-time internship role that will take at least 6 months and below you could see the responsibilities and qualifications:

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th grade university students preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering
• Flexible schedule to work 3 days a week for min. 6 months
• Advanced level of English
• Excellent command of MS Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Description

• Provide support to all People & Culture team in operational tasks
• Assist Recruitment processes end-to-end such as interview scheduling
• Take active part in new hire onboarding and manage employment contracts
• Manage personnel files (creating new and removing terminated)
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of P&C data and records
• Prepare announcements and complete translations when needed
• Follow up agreement processes with stakeholders
• Take part in ongoing projects and follow up on daily activities
