We are looking for a Platform/Devops Engineer to join the team driving the foundation of this mission-critical platform. In this role, you’ll focus on building scalable, automated, self-service infrastructure that empowers developers and boosts the reliability of the product. You’ll play a key role in shaping CI/CD pipelines, optimizing developer workflows, and improving cloud architecture with a forward-thinking, automation-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal self-service platforms and tools that empower developers
- Design scalable and secure solutions in AWS cloud infrastructure
- Own and improve CI/CD processes using tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Argo
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices and streamline delivery
- Support Docker and Kubernetes platforms with a strong focus on automation
- Resolve JIRA tickets related to cloud, CI/CD, and system monitoring
- Maintain and improve infrastructure as code using Terraform and Terragrunt
- Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability to meet SLA standards
- Proactively explore and implement new DevOps tools and solutions
- Provide documentation and cross-train peers on new tools and systems
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer
- Deep experience with AWS and cloud-native services
- Strong containerization skills (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Terragrunt, with a focus on designing automation workflows
- Solid CI/CD knowledge with Bitbucket, Jenkins, and workflow automation tools
- Good understanding of APIs and microservices architecture
- Strong Linux systems background
- Skilled in Python or other scripting languages (advantage)
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to improve the developer experience
- Fluent in English
