HR Coordinator

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team and monitor all HR operations functions. If you are passionate about HR policies and procedures and are driven to foster a thriving work environment, then this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain HR-related documents (e.g. job contracts, holidays, terminations, etc.) while ensuring the accuracy of data in HR systems.
• Revise and prepare documentation for HR policies and procedures (e.g. transfers, remote work guidelines, knowledge bases, etc.).
• Provide support to employees throughout their entire lifecycle with us, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Participate in HR projects to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in HR operations.
• Serve as a front-line representative of our HR team, consistently upholding our organization’s values and commitment to employee well-being.
• Support other HR initiatives and activities.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR operations and administration (knowledge of Lithuanian labor law, migration legislation and compliance in Lithuania).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
• Quick learner, always seeking to improve, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Monthly salary depending on experience (2300-2500 Eur gross)
