Backend Developer (Attainify)

We are developing an innovative product that helps users turn their ambitions into reality through personalized AI-powered action plans.

We’re looking for a Backend Developer to join our core tech team and drive innovation at scale. This is a unique opportunity to work from scratch, implement cutting-edge technologies, and grow into a Team Lead for mobile development.

About You

4+ years of experience in backend development.
Strong proficiency in Node.js or Python (we are discussing the Tech Stack, so you will have a chance to choose and offer the technologies).
Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
Proven track record of building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
Solid understanding of backend design patterns and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of payment systems integration.
Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or other cloud platforms.
Familiarity with caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached) and scalability strategies.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes is a plus).

What You Will Do

Designing and developing the backend for a high-load AI-driven project.
Building APIs to connect our web platform and mobile app.
Integrating OpenAI API into our product.
Setting up and configuring a payment system for managing subscriptions and access control.
Optimizing performance (caching, load balancing, scaling).
Ensuring data security (authentication, encryption).
Working with databases (query optimization, architecture design).
Monitoring and troubleshooting production issues to improve system reliability.
