AI Product Manager_DevOps mindset

As an AI Product Manager with a DevOps-inspired mindset, you will own the full AI product lifecycle—from ideation to MVP, and from production to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI product development, including discovery, validation, design, testing, deployment, and iteration.
• Identify high-impact MVP use cases for Agentic AI in collaboration with business units.
• Work closely with data scientists and AI engineers to convert business problems into intelligent agent-based solutions.
• Manage AI vendor relationships to deploy MVPs quickly and reliably in production environments.
• Define success criteria and KPIs for each AI agent and track their progress.
• Champion automation, agile experimentation, and lean methodologies for rapid learning and deployment.
• Develop and maintain AI knowledge bases, including data pipelines and best practices.
• Drive AI adoption by working with stakeholders and creating compelling onboarding content.
• Collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) to scale internal AI solutions into external product offerings.
• Ensure AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI principles are embedded from the start.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in product management, AI/ML programs, or solution delivery.
• Exposure to DevOps principles or experience in environments with rapid, iterative release cycles.
• Proven track record of delivering MVPs to production in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, agentic AI systems, and data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, operations, and business teams.
• Strong ownership mentality, urgency, and a bias for action.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with Jira, Git, CI/CD pipelines, MLOps platforms, or cloud-native architectures is a plus.
