Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the entire process from vision to strategy to execution for our search and personalization efforts. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and business development teams to build scalable, cross-vertical search solutions for Getirs diverse verticals. Your work will directly impact how millions of users interact with our superapp every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Vision: Define and communicate a bold vision for personalized search across Getir's diverse verticals, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience.
• Manage the Roadmap: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a product roadmap that balances customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Make Strategic Decisions: Prioritize features and initiatives that drive value, increase engagement, and enhance the overall user experience.
• Leverage Data: Use customer feedback, behavioral analytics, and market research to inform decisions and continually refine our search and personalization strategies.
• Conduct A/B Testing: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize user experience and inform product decisions.
• Innovate Across Verticals: Address the challenges of personalization in a multi-vertical environment, ensuring relevance and consistency across the app.
• Measure Impact: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of personalized search features, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
• Communicate Effectively: Present product strategies, progress updates, and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and secure support for initiatives.
  
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience in search, personalization, or related areas
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex problems and understand technology decisions
• Proven experience managing product roadmaps, making prioritization decisions, and delivering impactful features
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• An analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and validate assumptions
• Experience in designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Masters degree in a relevant field
• Experience in a multi-vertical or superapp environment, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities it presents
• Expertise in machine learning models, information retrieval, or AI-powered personalization
