PRODUCT MANAGER – PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS SOLUTIONS

What will you be doing?

• Develop and execute the product strategy for payments and deposit solutions, in alignment with Finora Bank’s overall business objectives.
• Identify market trends, evolving customer needs, and regulatory developments to drive innovation and competitive edge in our product portfolio.
• Manage the full product lifecycle – from ideation, planning, and development to launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Risk, Compliance, and Sales, to ensure successful product implementation.
• Partner with external vendors and stakeholders to strengthen our payments and deposits infrastructure.
• Ensure full compliance with Lithuanian and EU regulatory requirements (e.g., PSD2, AML, etc.).
• Develop business cases and define performance metrics to monitor product effectiveness and success.
• Continuously track customer feedback and competitor offerings to improve and expand our solutions.

What will help you succeed?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in the banking, fintech, or payments sector.
• In-depth knowledge of payment systems (SEPA, SWIFT), deposit products, Open Banking, and current digital banking trends.
• Strong understanding of Lithuanian and EU regulatory frameworks impacting payment and deposit services.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience in financial modeling and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
