Great Opportunity to work as Project Coordinator for a high profile , well-loved brand within Telecom sector in Dublin. We’re looking for a project coordinator to perform some of the administrative tasks that support the project manager to ensure successful delivery of a project and a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager to ensure “right first time” delivery of projects.
• Communication – clear and transparent communication and reporting
• Coordinate project management activities and information
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Support the Project Manager with reporting and communication of project status to all participants.
• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Use all our partner ordering portals and ensure circuit orders are place correctly, progress reported on and delivered correctly.
• Support the Project Manager with smooth Handovers to TSD/ in-life support.

Required Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role within Telecom industry.
• Background in administrative support.
• Knowledge of project management best practices.
• Ability to stay highly organized and balance multiple tasks.
• Experience using project management tools.
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
• Hands-on experience with project management tools
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
