Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to create user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for digital services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and accessible user experiences while iterating based on user feedback and testing. The role requires expertise in user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design of complex digital services from concept to production.

Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs.

Ensure digital services are accessible by default.

Work with cross-functional teams to align design goals with business objectives.

Use design and prototyping software to create high-quality deliverables.

Present and document design decisions in reports and presentations.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer.

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing complex online services.

Proven experience in developing key design deliverables (user flows, wireframes, prototypes, reports, and presentations).

Expert knowledge of user experience principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, digital collaboration, and web conferencing tools.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Evaluation Criteria:

Experience in leading UX design projects (30 points)

Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX expertise in complex online services (30 points)

Proficiency in user-centered design, accessibility, research, and usability testing (40 points)
