Job Description:

As a Business Analyst at Shift4, you will play a pivotal role in helping us build, improve, and enhance our business processes and systems. We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical individual who can effectively collaborate with Operations, Project Management, and Business Automation Development teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to think analytically and translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Evaluate and analyse business processes to identify areas for improvement
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements
• Create detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions
• Participate in testing and validation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business needs
• Conduct meetings and presentations to communicate findings, ideas, and progress
• Support the business transition process and assist in driving organizational change
  
  

Qualifications & Skills required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, IT, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience creating reports and delivering presentations
• Ability to generate and implement new ideas
• Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Solid technical knowledge or background (preferred)

Salary range 2200-3200 EUR gross/month, depending on your experience.
