Senior Software Engineer

Our client, a multinational software vendor are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable Compliance and RegTech solutions.

The succesful applicant will work across Angular (frontend) and Django/Python (backend) to build high-performance applications for counterparty onboarding, risk assessment, and regulatory screening.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain secure, scalable applications with Angular and Django REST Framework. Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring data security (OAuth2, JWT).
• Create modern, responsive UI/UX experiences for compliance tools.
• Integrate with third-party risk assessment and compliance platforms.
• Embed automated testing into the development lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and industry best practices.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI, automation, and RegTech.

Required Skills & Experience

• Ideally upwards of years of full-stack development experience with a focus on Angular & Django/Python.
• Strong expertise in designing secure, scalable applications.
• Experience working in agile, remote-first teams.
• Professional experience of software focused on RegTech, Compliance, or FinTech is heavily preferred.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI-driven compliance automation is a plus.
