IT Project Manager SAP S/4 Hana

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join the Project Management Sweden team for the SAP S/4 Hana transformation project. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the "Document and Data Driven Stream" of the project, ensuring successful delivery within budget and time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the "Document and Data Driven Stream" for the SAP S/4 Hana transformation project.
• Ensure the stream is completed on time and within budget.
• Assign and manage resources, prepare project budgets, monitor progress, and conduct inter-team alignments.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of the project.
• Balance time, budget, and quality to achieve project objectives.
• Work closely with both IT and Business Units to ensure seamless coordination across teams.
• Manage risks, issues, and ensure resource efficiency while keeping stakeholders informed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 8 years as a Project Manager, with a successful track record in managing complex IT projects.

• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology and Agile principles (including the use of DevOps).
• Experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• International experience, especially in cross-European project teams and large organizations.

Languages

• Fluent in both English and Swedish.

Education & Certifications:

• University degree (preferred)
