These are the essential skills:

• Proven experience as a Release Manager or in similar roles.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation (Shell, Python, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• 🗣 Proficiency in English - Level B2 or C1 (𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲).
